Woodland Cree First Nation and West Fraser Forge Historic Good Relations Agreement

In a landmark move towards fostering collaboration, the Woodland Cree First Nation and West Fraser proudly announced the signing of a historic Good Relations Agreement on January 9, 2024.
The agreement marks a new era of partnership, mutual respect and exploration of economic opportunities between the two parties.

The Good Relations Agreement solidifies the commitment of the Woodland Cree First Nation in Cadotte Lake, Alberta and West Fraser to build a positive, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship. This collaboration is rooted in the principles of respect, trust and recognition of each other’s roles, rights and responsibilities.
